Notarize without leaving your house: Notary of Lewis Center's virtual notarization
Service Description
A notary public can perform notarization remotely via a Zoom meeting or other web conferencing platform. This process, known as Remote Online Notarization (RON), allows the signer and notary to see, hear, and speak to one another in real-time. During the Zoom meeting, the notary will verify all necessary identification and document requirements before proceeding with the notarization. Once verified, the notary will affix an electronic seal to the document, record it, and provide the notarized document to the signer. Before your RON appointment, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and all required documents. Additionally, check with the Notary of Lewis Center for the fee schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Notary of Lewis Center We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. However, to respect everyone’s time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: -If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 1 hour's notice. -No-shows or cancellations made with less than 1 hour's notice will incur a $10.00 fee. -We will send an invoice for the no-show fee to the email address provided at the time of booking.
